International Photography Awards Announces winners of the 2008 Competition.
Tracy Woolley of Australia was awarded 1st place in the 2008 International Photography Awards Competition. Los Angeles, California., 9/6/2008 --- International Photography Awards (IPA) announced the winners of this year's IPA Photographer of the Year awards. Tracy Woolley of Australia was Awarded: 1st place in Nature in professional category for her entry, "Into the Sea, Mooloolaba" .
